Creating user friendly b2B platform
As a key member of the Verizon team at ColorEdge, I led the design and development of a comprehensive communication platform that successfully bridged the gap between Verizon's Direct and Indirect Marcom channels and its 2,500 individual retail stores. The challenge was to create a cloud platform that effectively communicated upcoming promos, price updates, and offerings to all relevant stakeholders while ensuring ease of use and streamlined access to critical information. Through my deep understanding of user needs and behaviors, I was able to develop a user-friendly platform that featured different login levels and interfaces tailored to the specific needs of each user group. As a result, the site has been a game changer for Verizon, allowing it to streamline communication and stay ahead of the competition in a rapidly evolving industry.
